Project Management Office (PMO)
Hisham has more than 12 years of experience in accounting, finance, and project management. He has led finance and accounting streams in mega projects. Prior to joining the B20 Secretariat, he was a Senior Manager, Corporate Finance, at SABIC. He holds a bachelor’s in accounting from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University, Saudi Arabia.
Faisal is a Strategy and Planning Analyst, Corporate Affairs, at SABIC. He is an industrial engineer with expertise in project planning, review, and monitoring. Prior to joining SABIC, Faisal was a design engineer at Eraf Industrial Company. Faisal holds a B.Sc.in industrial engineering from Al Faisal University.
Saurabh is a PMP certified professional with around 11 years of cross–cultural experience in diverse sectors. Prior to joining the B20 Secretariat, he managed large-scale oil and gas, energy, and telecom projects in India, Qatar, UAE and Malaysia. He has expertise in project management, project planning and scheduling, risk management, strategic planning, and process improvement.
Communications and Branding (C&B)
Manahel is a certified Brand Strategy professional. She has a decade long experience and proven track record in leading corporate marketing and global communications across diverse industries. Having led creative and digital marketing functions, she has expertise in technical, conceptual and content development. A strategic marketer and brand experience design professional, Manahel holds a bachelor’s degree in visual communications and an MBA in Marketing and Communications.
Sarah Al Marabh
Sarah comes with a rich experience in the field of creative communication. Until recently, she was associated with an advertising agency and helped develop the Brand Identity of Al Tayyar Group Car Rental Company (STRAC). She has also served premier brands like LVMH (Fendi) in the KSA market to name a few. At the B20 Secretariat, Sarah is responsible for the creative aspect of the communications and branding department. She holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and digital media.
Jayesh is a strategic brand communications expert and a trusted image advisor for the C-suite. With over a decade of experience, he is known for crafting impactful communication initiatives. Until recently, he was heading the communications and CSR functions for a stock exchange. Prior to that, he has led PR, crisis, and reputation transformation assignments for financial market entities. Jayesh holds an MBA in Marketing Communications. He is an NLP practitioner and a student of psychotherapy.
Priyanka is a marketing communication specialist with over 12 years of experience across Fortune 500, global consultancy and non-profit settings. Until recently, she was leading the international affairs and marketing strategy at ASSOCHAM North America. Priyanka has worked with reputed brands like BMW, MINI, Sony Ericsson, HP to drive integrated communication strategies. She holds an MBA from the University of West of England, Bristol, UK and a BSc (Hons) in Maths from the University of Delhi.
Events and Logistics (E&L)
Violin has 15 years of rich experience spanning across corporate communications, conventions, and human capital investment functions. She was one of the youngest and among the first women in Saudi Arabia to make a mark in big ticket events and on-ground activations. An expert in devising event concepts, logistics and brand experience; she has led teams for global companies. Violin holds a master’s degree in strategic communication from Seton Hall University, New Jersey, USA.
Omar has vast experience in the petrochemicals industry. Prior to joining B20 Secretariat, he was a business planning and logistics executive at SABIC. He holds a bachelor’s in finance and supply chain management from the University of Maryland.
Jehad Al Zahrani
Jehad has worked in logistics and material planning for liquid chemicals global marine shipping at SABIC, prior to joining the B20 Secretariat. He holds a B.Sc. in business with majors in finance, supply chain management, and international studies from the Kelley School of business in Indianapolis, USA.
Rana comes with a rich experience in HR, Patient Affairs, Event Planning, Press & Media, Secretariat, and Customer Service. Prior to joining the B20 Secretariat, she was working at Saudi Arabia embassy in Germany as German translator and event planner. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Office Management Assistant from GPB, Germany.
IT and Infrastructure
IT and Infrastructure Director
Muznah has experience of leading IT projects including event management and digital communication applications, media archiving systems, and merger and acquisition system. She is a senior IT analyst at SABIC. She holds a bachelor’s in Information Technology and is currently pursuing MBA (part-time) from Prince Sultan University.
Policy Office (PO)
Sachin has 20 years of experience in training, consulting and policy advocacy in sustainable development and circular economy, across sectors and geographies. Until recently, he was heading the Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Development at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). At CII, he created many CEO-led initiatives. Sachin has mentored start-ups and also served on various Committees of the Indian government. He is trained in global governance and business administration.
Samar Al Ajmi
Samar is a policy expert and comes with an extensive experience in legislative drafting. She has worked as a legal researcher on drafting health law project at Vision Realization Office for Ministry of Health/ Harasani & Alkhamees law firm in association with DWF LLP. Samar holds a bachelor’s degree with specialization in Commercial Law from Prince Sultan University, KSA.
Abdulrazag is an integral part of the B20 Secretariat, working as a policy expert in the Integrity and Compliance taskforce. Until recently, he worked as an Associate Legal Counsel at SABIC. In the past, he has also worked as a TV presenter for over five years and was sponsored as a gifted student by Mawhiba Foundation. He was sponsored by SABIC to study the Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree at the Brunel University, London, and he graduated with Honours.
Fares is a legal counsel at SABIC, with a focus on the commercial areas of law, including contract drafting and negotiation. He participated in Mawhiba International Programs for the Gifted in the United Kingdom and the United States. Fares holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Leeds, UK.
Faisal Al Tuwaim
Faisal has been working as an Associate Legal Counsel at SABIC for over two years. Prior to joining the B20 Secretariat as a policy expert in the Digitalization taskforce, he advised SABIC on various legal matters alongside working on several projects and deals. Faisal is very passionate about FinTech, Philanthropy and Leadership and he currently assumes a VP position at the local Toastmasters club. He holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from the University of Leeds, UK.
Mohammad Shuheb Khan
Shuheb started his career as a Research Associate at ICRIER, New Delhi. He has contributed to the development of various policy reports for the Government of India and international agencies. He has been involved in several research projects in the area of macroeconomics, trade, and finance. Shuheb has multiple national and international publications to his credit. He holds a masters and an MPhil in economics from the Centre for Economic Studies and Planning, JNU, India.
Abdulaziz is a legal advisor and a Chartered Investment Banking Analyst (CIBATM). His practice focuses on M&As, Financing and Anti-Trust. Prior to joining the B20 Secretariat, he was a Legal Counsel at SABIC. Abdulaziz has worked on multi-billion M&A deals and also led SABIC’s Anti-Trust work stream in Aramco’s acquisition of SABIC. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating transactional documents and holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Leeds, UK.
Abdulmohsen is a legal advisor with an extensive experience in International Trade Law, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and Commercial Law. Prior to joining the B20 Secretariat, he was a Legal Counsel at SABIC. Abdulmohsen has successfully led several Anti-Dumping and Save Guards cases as well as handled the ‘due-diligence’ work stream for the Aramco acquisition of SABIC. He holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from the University of Leeds, UK.
Koyel Kumar Mandal
Koyel has more than 15 years of experience in multi-disciplinary areas of public policy. He has expertise in energy, climate change, development finance, and sustainable development goals (SDGs). He has held leadership roles in the government, bi/multilateral agencies, and the private sector across geographies. Koyel holds a BSc in economics from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta and a MS in public policy from University of Wisconsin, USA.
Alwaleed Ibrahim Al Afaliq
Alwaleed has worked with the chemicals industry as well as global logistics across sourcing, planning, and customer service functions. Prior to joining the B20 Secretariat, he was part of the Petchem supply chain management division at SABIC. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering with a minor in supply chain management from Pennsylvania State University, USA.
General Administration Support
Ronald worked as an expert Admin Support at SABIC for about 9 years, prior to joining B20 Secretariat. In SABIC, he worked with senior officials in HR Office and provided support in organizing global meetings in coordination with the team. Ronald worked for the Regional Talent Management initiative, where he provided significant support for talent review by managing schedules of senior officials.
General Administration Support
Ronnie E. Gabuyo
Ronnie has over 20 years of experience in different roles. He started his career at Zenco Sales Inc. and later worked at HBC and Procter & Gamble. Prior to joining B20 Secretariat, he was associated with SABIC for 13 years where he worked as Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator. He was involved in planning, scheduling and managing L&D activities. Ronnie was responsible for logistics support, registering participants in the Learning Management System and arranging venue for the programs.
